After seeing the trailer, I wasn't expecting much from this romantic comedy. But right off the bat I noticed that the dialog was more believable and realistic than in a typical romcom. The acting wasn't bad either. Zac Effron and Miles Teller were both appealing. But I thought they were upstaged by the actresses who played their girlfriends, Imogene Poots and Mackenzie Davis. Poots in particular has a wonderful warm persona that reminds you of Meg Ryan at her best. Davis has a smaller role, but she has one of those husky romantic voices that make you hang on every word. There was a convincing chemistry between both couples. If you're starved for romantic comedies like I am, this is a good one to see.
