In Atlanta, a crew of corrupt cops and career criminals consisting of Marcus Belmont, Franco Rodriguez, and Gabe and Russell Welch, are blackmailed by the Russian Mob to rob a highly fortified bank in broad daylight. The leader of the crew is Michael Atwood, an ex-special forces operator turned private sector. Unsatisfied with the job, Irina Vaslov, the head of the mob, kidnaps Terrell's family and forces him to rob a Special Forces safe house that contains secret government files.
